PTSD is fixable. It's just adaptations you made for wartime that do not work in a peaceful world. All you have to do is identify the "bad" habits, and change them. PTSD solved. It does take a while, it took me about half a year to fix my bad habits, but it's definitely doable in a year or so. You just need to know how to modify your brain's habits and do it (and I mean ACTUALLY do it), and there is plenty of literature on how. And if you are lucky, just getting away from all that shit will have you self-healing if you don't fight it.
