Where I live they imported 150k people into my city of 57k over a span of ten years, gave them all subsidized housing making housing prices skyrocket, pushed the white people from their neighborhoods then enacted rent control, and everyone who used to live here is gone.

Subsidized housing actually makes realtors and landlords more money because it is a guaranteed income from the state and it is one of the main causes of the "housing crisis" in the first place, that and mass immigration

No, the cause is big companies literally buying up entire blocks of homes. Go check out how many homes google owns or any other big ass company.

No and this election is one of many symptoms. People like Cramer, bankers that got off in 2008 instead of offed, these people caused the situation they are now in, being hated by the underclass. The divide is huge, I fear the poors will come for me in the end as I should finally make 6 figures this year but I still rent and drive a shitty car. Otherwise larp as a anti capitalist revolutionary because anyone with 2 brain cells can see which way we are headed. Many will balk at the supposed hollowing of America, end of unions and offshoring, they don't care that real wages relative to most meaningful goods continues to fall while median income crawls upwards. They want you to put money into 401ks and pay taxes so the lines go up and fuck you once you're no longer producing. Entitlement reform is coming, ending snap and ebt, raising SS age, lowering benefits, removing or limiting Medicaid and Medicare, eliminating section 8 or atleast making it job dependent. The flip side of this will be a war on the rich, first with legislation and taxes, too little and late, by wannabe Che Guevara politicians but the DHS will see that these soften the blow for the second wave that will look like blackhawk down but the delta force all have on top hats and monocles. There will be good money in private security and fortress style villa accommodations for rural and suburban areas. Imagine you lose your life savings for bank shares you can't sell, if you were someone that caused or shared a tax bracket with someone that signed off on bank bail ins you'd have to live behind walls too. UHC murder was a benchmark for everything I'm saying, the plebs realized how bad their getting fucked and the rich called them commies.

lol the establishment is crazy butt-hurt. I'm going to vote for people like that democrat primary winner in NYC (Mohandi?) from now on just to help to replace the establishment. They need to be diversified bigly.

Neofeudalism isn't necessarily a desire of these people, imagine margins lost having to run your own McDeath squads and security forces, having to South African your business from the huddled masses. Some will go this route out of necessity. Not every CEO is responsible for the government failing, but they all have to deal with the consequences. Imagine what, if any, foreign capital actually looks like in this time? I can appreciate in Newyorks case that some people that built or bought in the interim will lose their ass but this is partially the government's fault as well. Same as home price increases. They looked the other way at what monsters were doing to real estate so they could take in money off harry homeowners that became millionaires in the grift. They create endless red tape and permits to drive up cost, control and slow expansion for what they need. The government could have put the private sector on a leash to prevent the second coming of robber barons or tried to keep costs down, managed their own spending, balanced their budget so savings wouldn't be wiped away by QE. There will be days of rage for anyone and everyone not decimated by what's coming. Imagine the look of spending 1 billion to bomb a mountain with no effect on a country that is not a threat to you. Imagine the truths I could tell the angry poors to point them at you, so many truths I need never lie. If I can do this, anyone can. That's a nice Mcmansion you've got there, it'd be a shame if it got redistributed.

In reality capital is fleeing the nation and so will the 1%, they're investing in SE Asia and moving with it. They are just trying to squeeze every possible cent out of you before you notice but I saw a CEO say the quiet part out loud today. And still they'll claim jobs were lost to automation. So the victims in this event will be often people that just managed to do well within the system, better than their peers. But it's getting awfully hard to hide money.

Yes. NYC was built by poor immigrants, not private contractors making $125/hour.
