First lockdowns made by cycling commute take 90 minutes each way, instead of 30 (couldn't take the ferry without a mask) and after three weeks that broke me, so I went somewhere local instead without a bicycle.
Then I blew my back 4 times in about 18 months, where I slipped two discs in the process. It wasn't bad lifting practice, it was stress and the third issue;
I had to deal with scurvy, caused by mistreatment and bad education and a few more causes.
I'm not making excuses, these are explanations for how I piled on a tonne.
I've been taking 1000mg of vit C every day since the 6th of February 2025 and recovery is slow, though it's nice to not have those burst veins bulging out next to each fingernail. (I thigutht they were weird warts, I was stupid).
With recovery comes the ability to walk distances greater than 400m/1200ft in one go without my nerves pinching shut, so I'm slowly building that back up.
The weight loss will come with time.
