We call this a β€œMontreal Screwjob" here in QuΓ©bec (kweebeck for you outsiders). The best thing too is that you just wait in the cold at the truck near the depanneur where you buy your Molson at 2am tabnak and heat it up at home.

What food deals/ traditions do you have where you live?

Didnt know its a fixed recipe with a specific cheese.
Fries go so well with so many cheeses thou, would be a shame to only use one type.

Soggy french fries are disgusting and jugger tier. Real chads dip their French fries in a separate container. Also, America invented gravy. You're welcome.

Looks pretty solid, i see we are going for a lighter sauce. Is it tangy ?

Pic rel is by most measures the best on the island. Although as yours does it's a lighter sauce which is kinda of paprika, but they def get the fries perfect for a pouting. A lot of people say Banquiste is really good.

If you're in montreal, I like this place. It's open all the time given there's a hospital nearby. Can't say the waiters and waitresses are nice people, but the food is good for a reasonable price.

In florida you can get a cup of cheese and chili for just 25 cents.

You walk into any 7-11. You find a cup somewhere in the parking lot or bring one from home meant for soda and you head on over to the cheese and chili dispener and you filler er up. We call this the Cup O Gold

You tell the cashier.."yeah its Cup O Gold" and put your thumb up as you slide your legal tender across the counter and give a good wink... you get an extra 5 cents off.

'Round here in the Southe of the USÆ, we enjoy a dish called a Spaghetti Cheese. It's usually around 1-2 kilograms (in Eurounits) and runs you around $8-12 out the door typically, but you can get 5-7 kilogram sizes for $25 or so.

Might as well get pizza...

In addition to the sauce, the cheese curds are unique. They sortof squeak when you chew them. The texture is more granular than mozzarella, but less strong than cheddar. It should be melted, but once it does, the cheese becomes stringy like mozzarella but to a lesser extent.
It's comfort fast food. If you're a wannabe upperclass, you'll hate it because you're a cunt, but there's a reason why jews want to claim this as their own.

>In America you can get a large pepperoni pizza for $5.00. We call this a "Hot Carl" here in CaliWali (California for you outsiders). The best thing too is that you don't even have to wait you just walk in and its always hot and ready to go at the counter. What food traditions do you have in your region?

In the grocery market, you can buy those cheese curds. Weight-wise, it cost about 2-3 times that of mozzarella. OP image has about 7-10 bucks of cheese value from supermarket.
