It's a direct result of "nu-age" feminism and gynocentric societies. Putting women in the workforce was a huge mistake, because they mostly end up as HR karens. This is how they gatekeep men and enforce their woke agendas.
This extends into the dating world. You have a bunch of women who get bamboozled into "strong and independent" which is anything but. More like saddled with debt working menial jobs while wasting your prime years. Brainwashed with hypersexuality and endless choices on "dating" apps.
So after they get done riding the cock carousel and end up with six tattoos and three cats.. they are ready to "settle down". They feel entitled to the men their age who are likely stable or even successful by 30s.
But those men don't want that. Why would they? There is no benefit of a successful 30-40 year old man dating a woman "his age". The idea of "maturity" in a woman is a joke, and most of them do not have a career that would be something a man gives a shit about.
So men want what they used to have, and the only girls who can offer this are basically teenage girls before they get inducted into the Jew machine that turns out roasties.
