When did conservatives give up on fighting gay marriage? Honestly, probably around the same time they realized people’s lives aren’t political footballs to score points with. Newsflash: real conservatism is about respecting individual liberty and protecting family values, and spoiler, that includes LGBTQ folks building families of their own. So while some keyboard warriors obsess over "troons," the rest of us are busy supporting love, commitment, and actual policy that respects everyone’s rights. Maybe it’s time you caught up and stopped living in the past. Or keep whining; it just makes you look smaller.

Who says they have. But not much can be done about it after SCOTUS unconstitutionally ruled faggots have a right to get married. However several conservative state legislators have put in laws undermining gay marriage in hopes gets to SCOTUS and they overturn gay marriage like abortion
