Global warming or "climate change" is fake BTW, unpredictable weather events are a side effect of weather engineering happening someplace else. For example, it's Winter 2022/2023 and the Brave UPA Fighters/Gallant People of Ukraine are enjoying in their Kyiv homes clear skies and unusually warm temperatures allowing them to power through Russia's attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, while Russia at the same time "enjoyed" -30C temps in Moscow and cyclones and blizzards. The atmospheric front precisely followed Ukraine's eastern border, too, along the frontline in fact.
And the offshoot of this here in Warsaw were unusually warm (above zero) temps on NYE 2023 with frighteningly strong winds

The idea of poisoning the atmosphere is retarded just because very few drugs are effective at such nanoscopic concentrations. I think there are a few painkiller drugs that might have some small effect if dispersed into the atmosphere. It's not impossible that they could find some sekrit drug that is effective at nanoscale dosages and is also cheap enough to produce in the thousands of pounds for cheap, and that also has some desireable effect on populations, but it is astronomically unlikely that all the stars would align like that.
