Cause society a huge monetary loss, go to prison instead of having to work to pay his ex-wife's alimony and just protest?

You will see more and more of this in the coming years. These men built up these society, and it's exclusively serves others now. People will simply start destroying infrastructure. Like how rednecks will just shoot up random power substations throughout the U.S. Taking entire regions momentarily offline sometimes.
Governments are unironically terrified of this. It's happening in China. Where factory workers are just setting fires to factories due to economic issues. In the U.S the random attacks on power substations. In Europe it's harder to find out about, varying by country though there are general no motive infrastructure attacks though.
The mindset
>If this is the end of my people, I will take back why they built. I will bring this nation to the grave with me. My ancestors built this with their hands. Not Globalism. It will get far worse soon.

The point is to burn it down. I think young men are on the verge of reminding everyone which demographic holds the monopoly on violence and hyper competitiveness

We love our Teamsters. Willing to get in shootouts with the National Guard. Our Unions were NOT peaceful about workers rights back in the day.

The South Korea subway fire refers to a tragic incident that occurred on February 18, 2003, at Jungangno Station on Daegu Metro Line 1. A man named Kim Dae-han, a 56-year-old unemployed former taxi driver, set fire to a subway train using gasoline, which led to the destruction of two trains and caused 192 deaths and 148 injuries.
The fire started at 9 a.m., and within two minutes, it had spread to all six cars of the train.
Kim Dae-han was later found to be mentally unbalanced and had intended to commit suicide, choosing a crowded place to do so because he did not want to die alone.
He was sentenced to life in prison for his actions.
