It's impossible. Officially, Saul already wrote 3/4 of the NT. When you add that 2 of the 4 apostles are literally impossible (they were completely illiterate and no one is ever mentioned helping them write) , and that the 2 left are impossible to confirm, it becomes obvious that the entire NT was written by Saul and some helpers along the way and after his death. Saulstianity starts with Saul, who invented a date for the texts close enough to appear relevant, but far enough that it couldn't be investigated. Saul IS the NT, there is no NT without Saul, the entire reason the message got out of Judea was Saul and that's the official version, there is no reason to think the message emerging in Judea was anything else but Saul too.
