i find it highly suspect that no ceasefire is written down and agreed on as a contract, and trump doesnt care about it.
To me it just means that they wanted the situation to cool down for whatever reason, and then they'll be ready to attack whenever sometime in the future. Also Trump will do the Israelis bidding every time, they are the ones who pay him after all
