Was he just an average president in good, sensible and normal times or an actual good president?
Looking back at Bush 43, Obama, they were average presidents in good times. I mean in Obama's case, America literally elected a vulgar populist showing Obama wasn't good but average and the time we were living in wasn't maybe that good.
Obama era for me was the peak of American cultural power, with all those pop songs and movies and so on. And life was just overall better That's why I miss him, because of good times.
Trump was exposed as a shitty president, but still good or okayish times.
So, Clinton? I suspect average president - good times in spite and regardless of his policies.
