There is no objective moral argument against eating animal flesh. Every creature on earth suffers throughout life and every non-herbivore instinctively eats meat. You want to simultaneously have us held to a stricter standard of behavior than other animals, while maintaining that we aren't worth more or superior to them. All of this because it makes you feel sad to think about a chicken dying. Not only is your position incorrect, it's prima facie absurd to a level which can only be explained by misplaced emotions or sheer insanity.
