Reason is overrated. In real life nobody ever asks you to justify your actions, and even if they do it's usually a sign of weakness to take them seriously enough to respond. Relying on pure intuition saves the most time and it's usually more accurate than any reasoned approach anyways.

I think the issue is that racists will imply it's IMPOSSIBLE for niggers to have high IQ, due to their genetics, so it wouldn't explain the outliers. If they have the exact same composition as any other nigger, what then, is causing this exception? What measurable aspect in them is different?

A race of Pygmies could have one that is taller than average, that's measurable, but suddenly a nigger with the same genetic make up, same brain/neuronal composition shows up with a high IQ. This makes you go "well what the fuck even IS intelligence if out of no where, you can just be born smarter".
Problem with American blacks is that they are mixed with whites to varying degrees so it's impossible to pin point. You need to use pure African niggers, find the outliers there, and see if there's anything physically different about their brains. If there is no difference, then IQ/Intelligence is something metaphysical that cannot be measured (at least not by conventional means) and we can't just dismiss it to genetics.
