Oh I know about HPPD. I don't think not being able to see images in your head afterwards is apart of it though. I was under the impression that HPPD is more what you actually see with your own vision when eyes are opened. As in seeing trailing lights and patterns on surfaces of objects similar to as if you were still tripping.

I'm fairly telepathic. I can read minds at times I've even done it with my friends and often with my kids. They write down what they're thinking of and then I tell them. I'm really damn good at it. I can see inside. Sometimes when I meet people I can figure out what happened in their life and what made their personality such as it is. I can tell if a woman's husband is beating her, I once congratulated a girl in college on her pregnancy but she hadn't told anyone and didn't look pregnant. This has shocked people many times.
Around the time of high school I noticed that around maybe half the other kids, didn't see things in their minds. They thought of a tree as the word " Tree ". If they thought of a sunset they did not visualize it.
Now many years later everyone is talking about it, and I realize I was 100% correct.
As a teen I would state it as " I wonder if some people don't have souls. "
That's how I reasoned it and I wonder if that's actually true still. Again I suspected as a kid, the reason they can't visualize things in their minds, is because they don't have souls.

How is this even possible? I haven't built a memory palace per se, but I seem to assign my memories based on location. I think about where I was at the time, and then I can replay it in my head. I'm not like that famous bitch that can remember literally everything including the day and date something happened, but I can get pretty fucking close (month and year). I can remember things vividly as far back as about 1 year old.
