The fact is it was a symbolic strike. Israel had already degraded any program. At that site in question the Iranians had sealed it and transported any enrichment away from it prior to the strikes.

Any strike would have had the same result because it was sent to strike it anyway. Hit or miss it would claim it. Then it claimed a Ceasefire immediately after. Notice anything. You wouldn't. It had to claim it destroyed it. Otherwise it's in war stiking it again and not a Ceasefire.
