I’ve appraised several off-grid properties and homes of various sizes so no, in a rural area this is totally fine.

Zoning does prevent off-grid favelas in most major cities and suburbs, because then you’re not doing it to be off-grid, you’re doing it because you’re poor so you’ll start a fucking fire.

I see. Thanks. Zoning law is good for cities desu and suburbs. Otherwise shit gets messed up like in my country. We have saw mills and car wash in my neighborhood. You have no idea how good you sleep.
