>>508912487McKenzie for the start, then core exercises like planks and any back exercises you can add if your back is the problem. (Important not to bend and twist in a single movement.)
For the diet just look up anti inflammatory diet and implement most of it. For me this actually fixed my eczema as well.
The TL:DR of why muscles fix the back is because it functions similar to a draw bridge. You need to tighten the muscles so they keep things in place.
Second, muscles in general protect and sheathe nerves in a way, so common issues amongst people like wrist/elbow problems can also be fixed by strengthening the surrounding muscles.
This is just my understanding of it.
Another example where a simple lifestyle change and exercises fixed my issues was related to urology and hemorrhoids.
If you have a fucked, inflamed pelvic floor you'll likely be diagnosed with something like chronic prostatitis or similar. Usually presents as a recurring UTI that isn't fixed by antibiotics.
All your muscles in your pelvic area can atrophy or become overactive to compensate for a poor lifestyle.
Fixing it fixes a lot of issues, but there are a ton of pills and creams and whatever they can give you too to mask symptoms instead.
As you can probably tell most of my issues stemmed from a poor, modern, desk-bound lifestyle. All the solutions provided by MANY doctors were pills pills and more pills, until someone was the sound of reason.
I don't get why doctors are so allergic to offering lifestyle changes. I'm guessing normies chimp out at them and they get jaded and just give the pills to shut people up.
I had "chronic prostatitis" and "polyneuropathy" all fixed relatively easily once I was provided the solution after over a year of struggle.
