Liberals are working with some criminal organizations and have secret weapons of war.

While the law abiding citizens for the most part have semiautomatic rifles, with some upgraded with bump stocks to shoot faster. It will be a blood bath. Conservatives need to work on obtaining better weapons because they may have plenty of guns, they are still outgunned. The remnants of the U.S government and military will be looking outwards to deter outside interference within the borders of Continental United States. Hawaii will secede almost immediately. Expect that they are already receiving secret weapons shipments from Russia and China. Guam is a military fortress and will most likely just be sunk by the Chinese with a geological weapon. The Civil War will end quick when the Conservatives group together against the Liberals who will have superior firepower. The United States government will regain control of the Situation and institute martial Law, shooting or arresting anyone found outside past curfew. White Supremacists will instigate a race War and chaos will erupt on the streets yet again. Blacks killing whites, whites killing blacks, Hispanics killing whites, whites killing Hispanics. By then the U.S will be invaded by the combined armies of the United Nations who will be aiming to stop the race war. They will put whites into concentration camps for further processing. America is the Last Bastion and Hope for the White Race. History will be rewritten and Whites will only be Remembered in the DNA, just like the Neanderthals. They will be remembered as the conquerors who enslaved, oppressed, then got bred out of existence. The blacks will claim the achievements of the White race as their own.
