For example, it's Winter 2022/2023 and the Brave UPA Fighters/Gallant People of Ukraine are enjoying in their Kyiv homes clear skies and unusually warm temperatures allowing them to power through Russia's attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, while Russia at the same time "enjoyed" -30C temps in Moscow and cyclones and blizzards.
