It stops the dumb injuctions from random judges but they still need to fix it. Too many birthing tourism visas from China and other countries where they get prego and try to get to the US when they are 3-6 months prego so it doesn't show too much then stay for months until pregnant. The same for illegals dropping their anchor babies. The parents are illegal and commited a crime to get there and they are REWARDED by giving the anchor baby a citizenship? That's like stealing from a bank, getting caught and keeping the money you stole. It shouldn't work that way.
