There are a couple risks involved with war with chinks. JewSA would lose the international war quickly but zog can't afford to lose their military completely in order to defend themselves against an American insurrection. Chinks also would not be able to invade the U.S mainland and succeed which also opens up a risk that a non-zog paramilitary group mobilizes the Aryan spirit which would win on both fronts in a guerrilla war on U.S soil.

That is all considering the Chinks are oblivious to seeing how ZOG has destroyed the west and still seeing them as a viable ally. More likely Chinks are simply being the good boy and pretending to be retarded until an opportune moment they can eliminate zog and any other national threats.
