Burglary is specifically the crime where a person surreptiously enters a building at night (usually a dwelling) to steal. It is inherently violent if another person resides there (whether or not present) or happens to be there legitimately. Entering a building knowing someone is or could be there and still choosing to do that is the implicit choice to intimidate or harm them. 20 years forced labor is an appropriate punishment.
