Where does it prohibit voter ID? Nobody is trying to rule New York's lax voter ID laws are unconstitutional, it's the other way around.

Only citizens are allowed to vote, so if there is a strong (i.e. already confirmed) suspicion that one party is conspiring to get non-citizens to vote, then you need to check ID to ensure we are having a free and fair election (which is what is mandated by the Constitution).
If you have a problem with voter ID, then there is 100% chance you're up to no good and deserve a bullet between your eyes as a message to the rest of the pajeets infesting Canada.
