Dry fasting is fucking hard. Especially for someone who hasn't done it before. The longest dry fast I've done is 5 days. That was during my fasting fad of only drinking water and one meal a day.
It takes time to adapt to the lifestyle, but you generally do feel much better as a fasting person.
More energy, more mental fortitude and less lazy behavior.
