This is because like chinks, jews, poos, and tusken raiders, their culture is terrible and requires host nations so that they can prop themselves up due to their weak egos. Just because you might know one of the above who is capable of being self-sufficient and keeping their hivemind tendencies in check doesn't disprove the rule.
