sorry for you anon, yesterday I understood my own health condition and it was nothing
was three times in the hospital past 5years and had pain for years could not go to the toilet properly life was pain
one doctor said it might have be infection, other said it might have been some intestine constriction after an EKG
it was a muscle issue (diaphragm left side) and pain after I forced vomitting since the tap water had legionella infection which gave me chronic constipation
breathing strained the diaphragm and caused pain even radiating to my back, one time I hyperventilated which caused the pain to rise up ....
at my lowest point all they cared about was to give me the covid vaxx (which I rejected half conscious), none identified correctly what it was
so I'm probably going to have some good years and can adjust my diet to drop some weight without me fearing that I can not shit
maybe do something you like, spend as much time outside as possible? maybe read something new (read the desolate era or the manga vagabond)
