Because the CIA declassified their Hitler files the same day the KGB did back in 2017. The skull the soviets claimed belonged to Hitler was proven to be that of a woman, and the CIA comprehensively tracked Hitler's movements post war. You can literally go on Amazon right now and buy a book compiling all the microfilm archive's of Hitler's actions after WWII. The guy lived in Argentina, ran a successful cattle ranch in the Pampas, and died surrounded by his children and grandchildren under the name Adolfo Schicklgruber. The village near where his ranch was knew that he was Hitler and used to greet him with the roman salute every time he went to town.

…Hitler did not commit suicide. The “proof” was his burnt skeleton. When DNA testing became a thing ‘he’ turned out to be a she, it wasn’t Hitler though his skull remains on display in the kremlin marked as “hitler’s skull”.
But here is the kicker - nobody evee needed DNA to tell a male & female skeleton apart. The story was a psy op all along. The only other evidence for the belief was a fanny phone operator sayibg that he heard a gunshot (in berlin in 1945) and just ‘felt’ that it must have been Hitler committing suicide.

No, it just means that the Soviets didn't want to admit they didn't kill Hitler when they were suffering with serious morale and production issues, and the Americans didn't want to admit Hitler was still alive and be forced to kill him because they needed all the paperclip Nazis to help them win the space race.

Also if you buy the declassified Hitler files get a magnifying glass. The microfilm had degraded a lot over the decades and it is hard to read without something to help. I spent a week trying to read the book and hurting my eyes until I broke down and bought one of those desk mounted magnifiers with a built in light.
