How rare is it to be rich ($20M+)?
I had the opportunity to hobnob with some wealthy folk and was feeling bad for not being on their level. Bring me back to reality.

There's only about 850k people in the entire world who have that level of wealth. Having $20M+ puts you in the top 0.1% in the US. Yeah, it's pretty rare. But if you live in wealthy areas where rich people congregate, it's not as rare.

I’ve never met anyone with $20M+. I see homeless bums on the side of the road every day just driving to and from work or to the grocery store etc. there are billions of people who are worse off than you. The $20M crowd is microscopic in comparison. Count yourself lucky to have caught a glimpse. Don’t get discouraged. Get inspired. If others did it then maybe it’s possible for you to moneygrub just a fraction of what they did. Start scheming.

I don't know why, but it seems somewhat easy to get 20 million dollars. Or rather it seems possible to get a million and from there invest wisely and grow to something more. Maybe not 20, but 5 or 10.

The richest person I've ever spoken to before was my old boss Bernie Kenny. He owned Kenny Family ShopRite which consists of six ShopRite stores here in my state. Was a very very nice man, old Irish gentleman. His son runs the business now and his son is a recovering addict so it's not as good as when I worked for his father but otherwise, that was the richest man I've met.

My father in law is a billionaire and my dad used to be a hundred millionaire (he's a normie loser now). I have around a $5m net worth, and even billionaires live lives exactly like us (assuming you're a NEET like me). It's not worth striving for if you think it will make you happy, because nothing changes.

I do not want to be a rich man while my people are suffering in poverty, starvation, and genocide. I am an actual Muslim and not a zionist Jew with a meme flag.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had the opportunity to live like a rich man yet distributed his wealth to the poorest homeless followers of Islam: The Fakir of Al Suffah.

That is where the mystical tradition of Islam comes from, the Fakir and zawiyas are the closest thing to Islamic monks. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received gifts as well as war booty and distributed to the very poorest, even sharing his daily meals with the homeless and building a platform for them called Al Suffah.

The poor and downtrodden loved the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and especially the orphans.

This is an insane statement. Not having constant stress about money or your future lifts a huge weight off of you. This is one of the biggest factors of happiness. Not being trapped going to be tortured at a job you hate every day must be heaven compared to 99% of the earth’s population. Must be nice to have time available to spend time with people you actually like. +hobbies, reading, fitness. Fucking lol. This post better be fake.

no sour grapes but I wouldn't want to be that rich, unless I inherited the money or something.
if you have that amount of money, that kind of portfolio, you're going to be working a fuckton in life and you won't really have much else going on for you other than your bank account. sounds gay and reddit, but just imagine having to spend 80+ hours a week to get that kind of capital, forgoing pretty much everything else life has to offer.

A zawiya is an Islamic monastery. I strive to build a beautiful home out in the serene woods for the poorest Muslims who do not even have a place to live.

So they can spend their days in peaceful prayer, study, meditation, and contemplation while propagating Islam to the USA. Such an institution functions as a mosque, school, and mausoleum for saints.

This is a powerful means of peacefully propagating Islam to a new nation. Such institutions function as the center of Islamic communities, and the surrounding land can be granted to Muslims to build homes and farms.

The goal is to make for ourselves a place where we can practice, study, and preach Islam. Where we can live peacefully and voluntarily according to the Law of God (Shariah) in harmony with all creation.

It can be difficult for a Muslim to keep their religion in the USA. It would be nice to have a place where we can live according to our values and establish our way of life without compromising it. We can also do a lot of good work in serving the poor while working as missionaries.

You think having hundreds of millions or billions reduces your stress? It's a full time job managing your employees, companies, investments, payments, deals, etc. I personally sometimes feel as though I'm trapped under the weight of my assets, obligations, and employees.
Besides our household, kids, and horses, this is what my wife spends her time on - exactly like every other bitch on Earth. Money changes nothing.

The poster I was replying to described himself as a NEET. As for yourself, just cash out, sell your business and retire. You can easily get the type of investments that you can hire a professional to manage for you, and meet him for like 15 minute a couple times per year. “You recommend to sell some stocks and buy some bonds and commodities right now? Ok cool sure whatever”. Tell your cunt wife the horses are going to the glue factory.

That happiness is easily attainable in jobs that don’t even require a high school diploma. The less of a consumer faggot you are, the easier it is.

I have enough savings where I could be out of a job for a year or more and nothing changes except my savings balance; and I work one of those jobs mentioned before 20 hours a week and nothing else.

But you don’t actually want that security and happiness, you want shiny thing and fleeting dopamine.

Yes, people like to break up the abject poverty lifestyle and enjoy a dopamine hit every once in a while, and sometimes that involves spending money. A year of savings isn’t shit. Ideally you should have enough to retire and consoom for another 30 years without working a job before you die. You are going to die in the gutter.

I agree, I want heaps of funko pops, hello kitty toys, stuffed animals, my nails painted, dildos, vibrators and most importantly pokemon cards that cost 1000s of dollars.
Only then can I be fulfilled.
No retard, the only substantial fulfillment and long term fulfillment I've ever got out of products are the ones that actually improve my life like books or machines that make my life easier for managing the property and so on.
This all boils down to peoples references for states of happiness, ignorance is bliss in a positive way but not for all circumstances.

Depends on where. Here I have 3 clients, one worth 50 mil, one 60 and one 700. Also keep in mind "having 20 millions" doesn't mean you have them in a bank account. They should be spread between financial products, real estate and a business/businesses
t. probably gets to the 20 mil mark if I put both mine and my parents' wealth together
