You project all your failures as a continent onto Americans because if such an arrogant and vain peoples had to face the reality that their culture has produced as little as any 3rd world tribal nation you'd all commit suicide. Every time one of you comes and visits America for yourselves you all make the same comment "wow, America is a much friendlier and more optimistic place than I was lead to believe!" Whereas everyone who visits Europe walks away with the exact opposite impression. Socially, Europe is unappealing as any Asian nation, but without the racial homogeny to justify being so hostile to outsiders.

Again, just sit back down and observe as the adults on the global stage hash out business, you can go back to riding trains around the continent for a living and telling yourself that Napoleon Bonaparte, and Alexander the Great make up for a century of mediocrity.
