We are dead and have always been in hell, the demons just aren't hiding behind a mask because they haven't had any reason to fear.

Actually, here's something cool.
You will only ever experience the external world internally, through your own understanding and perception of it.
That means earth is simultaneously heaven and hell and all points in between.
This is Biblically supported btw.
I went ahead and made my experience heaven but you're free to believe this is hell for you.

It's not ignorance you have to do a lot of study to make it work.
You need to study the Bible, you need to study philosophy, you need to learn some Buddhist tricks like mind without mind but yeah...you can go to heaven without dying, it's real easy.

It's easy.
Reality is a story you tell yourself and what you understand is what's true to you.
You'll never experience "objective" reality only subjective.

So basically you define heaven as a perfect holy place for the dead like it says in the Bible.
Then realize earth is a perfect and holy place because God made it and he could change anything about it at any time but doesn't.
So if we think it could be improved but he does not, we're wrong.
Now you just need to be dead.
Well that's easy enough, the natural man must die that the spiritual being can be born.
Become a son of God like Jesus taught and be perfect and do the will of God.
Voila, you're in heaven.
