Like I said, the closest you could find to it in a store would be kvas, which is a Slavic low alcohol drink that's kind of the same. It's not as rich as the western style small beer, though. Still not bad, though. Kind of an acquired taste. Like a bready, malty drink, kind of yeasty. Isn't made with hops, so it has a different kind of flavor profile.
