No. New wealth is generate by the working class. In socialism that wealth goes to the working class which helps generate more wealth. In capitalism all newly generated wealth goes to the top 1% rich elite(aristocracy).

No, bro. In socialism the government owns the means of wealth production. And the government decides who gets the wealth, based on perceived needs. Hence the saying: you contribute what you can, and you take what you need. This conveniently leaves out the government who will decide how much you need to contribute and who will receive that which you contribute. Forget the working class.
