Thinking of going to Romania to enter politics. I was inspired by the rise of George Simion and Calin Georgescu and think I can offer an alternative to the status quo that appeals to both the establishment and nationalists. My spoken Romanian is meh, but I know I will quickly learn once I move there. What should I know about Romania before making the move? Will I forever be seen as an outsider because I’m coming from America?
