I work in the tobacco industry.

The coalition(s) responsible for lobbying against flavored vapes are backed by big pharma. They are tired of losing out to cheap, value oriented flavored tobacco products as a smoking alternative.

People often think it is big tobacco trying to fight the vape industry. Quite the opposite. We would make flavored vapor products if we could. The government has essentially banned us from making them while allowing the illicit market to thrive.

When these states attempt to ban flavored tobacco, 100% of the time we are lobbying against it in all forms.


What you will see on a state by state basis is the addition of nicotine pouch taxes. By 2027 they will double in price if they haven't already in your state.

On a side note, disposables taste better simple as. No pod or mod based system really thrives in the market place that isn't from a big tobacco company.

Heat not burn tobacco products are the future. Obviously here already but expect flavors soon.

I am not a smoker, but I have been exposed to cigarette smoke on occasion, its not overly offensive, but one time I walked through a cloud of vapor and much lungs never hurt so much. Inhaling droplets of oil is not a good thing.

They do. Off-Stamp. You buy the battery screen part and the whole thing splits in half and you by the other half, the oil, separate. Then the two pieces magnetically attach and you can swap flavors in an instant. It's nice because you arnt throwing away a battery every time.
