it is a lot of work to keep the standards for high value person.
i worked on a place, it was great, they paid well, support and everything. but the owner was a perfectionist, the was there to open it, he was micromanaging everything, he was always the to set the standards. a lot of pressure direct and indirect. other places the owner leave it to the manager, you can hate him on his absence, allow yourself to be lazy.
