Is the Ukraine War a plot by Chabad jews on both sides of the border to kill as many Ukrainians as possible and make room for either a homeland for some faction of Zionists who are separate from the Likudniks in Israel or even backup living space in the event that Israel falls?

Can you back this up with literally anything?
The most plausible explanation is that they wanted to weaken Russia so they can take Syria and Iran.

No. It's a plot by 1 russian mongrel to enable him and his entourage to remain in power. It's how Putin got into power, it worked in the past to consolidate power and retain it in times where it came under threat. The choice of ukraine in particular was probably due to various factors, such as false information and intelligence reporting and the opportunity to draw on old historic sentiment. Models have shown that the effect will be the same regardless: The native population will be greatly reduced and will not recover. This is a continuation of older crimes to the same effect.

Chabad's famous leader Rebbe Schneerson reported as predicting in 1994 that a Russia-Ukraine war would be stoked to mass-slaughter Slavic males... Slavic males reportedly considered by Chabad's leader, to be the most resistant of all white men to Jewish impositions, and therefore best liquidated.

The material was published in Russia in 2001 in the newspaper 'Slavyanin'. There was prosecution of the editor, V. F. Popov, for 'hate speech' during Putin's early years of rule, but the effort failed on grounds it was factual publication of what leading Jews said, and Russian intellectuals came to Popov's defence.
