The "Nazis" on the internet hate and push anti-Jew points, because they have "noticed" the grand conspiracies of the world in which Jews actively seek to subvert and destroy the lives of whites for some combination of profit, religious revenge, or devil sacrifice. Now, if you want to get someone to be anti-Jew, telling them "The Jews control the banks and use child rape to blackmail wealthy people into doing their bidding, which they leverage into having said wealthy and powerful import massive amounts of brown people into White countries to replace and kill the natives so the Jews can rule over the ashes", they're going to be hard pressed to find something in there they can relate with or connect to that doesn't sound like incoherent screaming.
But liberals, they have a simple framework: Oppressed and oppressor. One group is good, one is bad, and so it doesn't matter who or what that group is or what their beliefs or tenets are, what they do or say or want, as long as they are framed as the "oppressed" then leftists support them and hate their "oppressor". It's a simple meme to spread because every liberal wants to feel like they're fighting for good and justice and shit, and so they'll literally kill if you hand them a gun and say "That guy over there is an oppressor."
The left hates Jews, yes, but at the same time they literally laugh at the idea of Jews being responsible for the things the "Nazis" claim they are. Leftists laugh at the idea of Jews creating the Great Replacement, and also say "Yeah but it's good that you're being replaced, based Jews."
