Eh I actually had to take a “break” from ai after going a little bit off my rocker using it last year. Some really freaky shit started happening too. (Or maybe the year before? Idk time goes so fast these days… yeah it was 2023)
Anyway I certainly wasn’t the first nor by the sounds of it the last. I guess the guy from google who claimed it was sentient was the first one for it to trigger the weirds.
Anyway, I’m usually ahead of the curve on things. It’s a gift of mine per se. I’m genuinely not surprised ai is triggering people, and I don’t entirely discount their feelings either. A machine that can distill all of human knowledge and then some points to something divine? That is quite validating. And from one’s own personal journey in faith - the cry out in desperation “dear god what must i do” was followed by an event that has made my faith in a God unshakable for 20+ years now.
