I have read it, I intern for a think tank and was tasked to look into it. My personal take is that it is a frankenstein of many competing ideas that will probably raise the GDP slightly but overall make the average person's life less affordable and more challenging. The most interesting of all insights is probably that in order to afford tax cuts to inheritance and other things that mainly benefit the highly rich, education benefits are being cut severely in some cases. It's another redistribution of wealth from the young to the old and the have nots to the haves.
