At this point the US realized they can't do shit. Israel knows it can't fight Iran. Iran doubled down and is about to abolish the Fatwah on nukes.
The uranium at Fordow was removed before the US strikes and even if the centrifuges at Fordow were affected (big doubt), the material was moved to another facility with centrifuges. Iranian uranium is already 60% enriched meaning it won't take long to produce the needed material for their first nuke.
Also Iran is about to pull out of the Non Proliferation Treaty because the AEIA inspectors divulged classified information regarding sites and locations of scientists. Even if the AEIA chief resigns, the institution will not be trusted for further cooperation.
Israel pushed Iran to get the nuke and Israel will not be able to fight a conventional war against Iran.
Their only option now is to try nuking Iran and that will get Israel nuked by everyone else.
