I know how to make white men enlist again. The feds own vast swaths of unused land in the west. Build houses on that land and give it to vets for free after a 10 year enlistment. Exempt them from property taxes for life. America needs veterans colonies. Being a soldier is a job. Make military service financially worth it and white recruitment will never be a problem again.
