God I hate clickbait medical news articles like this so much. It's probably some compound they found that might kill some cancer cells in a petri dish (a bullet can do the same thing). Moritz said he could never solve his issues with diet alone. He had to keep doing colonics and flushes. I've read and watched people who DID cure themselves of all sorts of diseases with just diet, and of course people who became healthy after taking powerful pharma drugs. I agree with identifying the root cause of things to find a cure, but I don't think there's a one size fits all solution, because we are all different and possess unique microbiotic colonies, just like our genes and fingerprints are unique.
