Why don't zoomers drive?
How will a future generation that doesn't drive function in the car centric world that we currently have?

Do they really expect boomers and millennials to uber them everywhere?

If you're scared of driving to the point where you can't drive, you shouldn't have been given a license.

What's that scary anyway?
The only thing that's kinda fucked is that you can get hit by a drunk asshole, sure - but are you really going to limit how you live, because you're scared of a drunk nigger?

By that logic, you shouldn't leave your home or walk down the street, what's the guarantee you won't get hit on the sidewalk by a drunk fag?

This tracks.
I'm an older brother (30) and it's astounding how younger males are now more useless than ever.

My brother is a zoomer, he's 24 and doesn't drive, he's currently unemployed and dropped out of college.

Meanwhile, my sister is 20, got a license and a car within 6 months, and she's going for her 3rd year of college, plus she works a part time job.

Most males just don't grow up in this society anymore. I'm not sure how things changed so much within 5-10 years.

Its not about being a pussy dude. My car + repairs has cost me about 4k euros, and I pay 2k insurance a year, plus road tax 140 euros 3 or 4 times a year (i dont even know) + benzine.

thats like fucking 3k+ a year to just maintain a car without repairs included, thats a lot of money for something i barely need (i can just bike everywhere).

And anyone in the big cities would 100% use a scooter or electric bike over a car.

Why the fuck would anyone want a car? I just keep mine around because of my parents, not because i need it. We all use it together here and there, but its not worth it man.

aside from simple stuff like switching the oil, spark plugs or battery most stuff is too complex or encased so you can’t even fix stuff even if you wanted to.

Say for instance your window lift breaks.
40 years ago it was a simple mechanism, you just needed to unscrew the door chassis and you could easily fix it.

Now, everything is wired and often tied to a computer you’d need advanced knowledge just to diagnose it.

Add this to the fact that a lot of manufacturers and insurers don’t want you to accidentally break shit as it makes the brand look flimsy
