- 500g flour (any flour works, although white flour rises the best. Corn flour does not rise at all)
- 2 packs of dry years (idk, 5-10g in total)
- Mix flour and yeast together WITHOUT water yet. Add a bit of salt if you want, but it is not necessary.
- Now add around 350-400ml of warm water (warm meaning 30-40ยฐC, at 48ยฐ yeast dies)
- Mix just enough so that the flour is fully wet/moist, no need to knead more than that (source: Some Adam Ragusea Video)
- Wait 40-60min (more if you want, less than 24h otherwise you get yeast-tasting bread)
- Take dough and make whatever you want with it. I like to divide it in 2-8 pieces and fill it with stuff.
- Put oil in pan with lid, add dough, let it bake at lowest heat (ca. 100-120ยฐC) for 20-30min, then flip, reapeat.
