Recently there was a large multiparty conference on Poland where representatives from all political parties debated reintroducing military draft for all Polish citizens starting from age of 19. The basis for this discussion was a report by Sobieski Institute led by polish experts, politicians and former Ukrainian vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakow, as well as former Ukrainian minister of defense Ołeksij Reznikow.
The authors of the report state that reintroduction of military draft will fight "extreme individualism" present among Poles and that Polish people need to accept "making sacrifices".
The draft is to be enforced by AI tools screening candidates and by notification by digital ID system called mObywatel.

That's how it was in Russia with gosuslugi, it started as a convenient web service for anything goverment related (like fast tracked doctor appointments) then it became the only way and eventually you are forced to use gosuslugi if you want to do anything, also at first notifications we're not legally binding but year or two ago just being sent a notification amounted to have received, read and accepted it.
Now it's effectively your digital ID, you don't need your physical passport, drivers license or insurance, everything is in gosuslugi took like a decade in Russia, it was very slow process.

Ukraine has the same thing but it was pushed onto them with war in like a year or two
