>>509164328You realize none of that means shit when each of them votes yes across the board to annually to expand NDAAs and give trillions (it's that much, if you cumulatively add it up) to defense companies whose heads and boards own all of those politicians?
Both sides are perfectly fine with DARPA getting blank checks and black budgets to develop havanna syndrome causing neurological weaponry to make the "compliance system of the future".
Both sides are perfectly fine with all the breakaway mad scientist in the CDC and ('redacted'); "does not exist" breakaway agencies and MIL units making mind control and surveillance nanotech grids and gain-of-function bioweapons.
There is a section of the federal government (and above) that neither side will ever touch or acknowledge, the shadow continuity of government made up of corporate big-wigs, old-money families, and the MIC, and those are the people really running America. They have no term limits, they spend entire lifetimes in govt agencies to get to the top of the echelon, and their names are hidden for "national security" reasons; those people are really calling the shots in DC, not a fucking nobody, who is NOT from a dynastic "elite" bloodline old-money family, who got elected in a po-dunk fly-over state, and who has a term limit and who needs to spend every waking moment in office after being elected to curry favor with the real power holders in DC to make sure that they get elected again to enjoy the material and status benefits of being a compromised DC puppet signature signer.
Both sides put on a show for the peons to think that not everything is a rigged game; they give small concessions here and there, but where it matters in the grand scheme of things, both sides are lock-step in agreement because none of those politicians or politically organizations are actually the ones running this country, they are there to be a face and play their respective role in furthering the long-term uniparty agenda.
