Blacks, mostly located in the south, are 40% on welfare, and combined make up just under 50% of all welfare. They are 15% of the country, you need to include everyone, every spic, every white, and Asian and Native and combine all that welfare in 38 other states just to be about the same as the black population is on these 12 states. They commit most of the murder too, but again, consider that it's primarily concentrated in 12 states. The murder rate in another dozen states is 90% white and they still commit more murder than we do by an order of magnitude.
