Not even the company can stop you with its gay anti-gun policy.
Why? The Second Amendment
"the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. PERIOD. END OF STORY
No exceptions, no qualifiers

So open carry at the factory, at the office, at the coal mine.

Females are a hivemind. Politically, they get everything they want. We live in an utterly feminised demolition man society with easy abortion, open borders, catch and release, infinite gibs, hate speech laws and life-ruining alimony.

Where are the men doing anti-draft protests? Circumcision protests? Family law reform? They're nowhere to be found. Perhaps a nation of spiritual females would've gotten it done.

and when the supreme court declines to hear the case?
The fact is it can be/will be infringed.
The Supreme Court recently declined to hear two Second Amendment cases, effectively upholding lower court decisions that had upheld gun control laws in Maryland and Rhode Island. One case challenged Maryland's ban on semi-automatic rifles like the AR-15, and the other challenged Rhode Island's restriction on high-capacity magazines. The Supreme Court has a history of declining to hear cases related to the Second Amendment, and these recent decisions continue that trend, according to SCOTUSblog and AP News.
They have been able to circumvent the US Constitution for so many years without having Congress repeal the 2nd Amendment...why bother?

Depends on how you define "rights"
If you belief rights are privileges granted by the state, then yes, they can be taken away.
If you believe in natural, God-given rights, which is an idea going back many centuries, then these are not rights that can be taken away.
And the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution call our right "inalienable" and say they are natural rights of man given by the Creator.
So any abridgment of these rights is not the elimination of these rights (they are eternal and immutable) but rather amounts to a tyrannical exercise of blocking people from their natural rights.

If people believe their rights are not privileges granted by the state, but are given by God and are natural (part of the way the cosmos operates), then their rights rest on a far stronger foundation and people will be more motivated to fight for their rights. Believing that rights are just dispensations from the government leads people to believe the government can just do what its wants to them, which is demoralizing.

Suicide is the primary way you dumbfucks utilize firearms in US, yes. Still- no need to project that behaviour onto others.

You're cattle. Go buy another AR-15, that'll show dem bankers.

In fact you're so secure in your manhood that you're arguing for fewer rights. Pagliacci, the doctor is in.

No, defensive gun uses are somewhere between 5x and 50,000x more common than gun suicides, eurocuck.

Do you hear the Orwellian double speak in your statement? How do my fellow Americans say and think these things and not understand how the ideas they espouse contradict? I need to fucking renounce man and never come back. I am not sure why I'm hesitating so much. Something for me to think about I guess.

The big secret is that Trump's administration could formally ask SCOTUS to take a 2A case and they would do it. This happens all the time with other issues and the court has always obliged. If you need proof just Google "Trump administration asks Supreme Court". In fact I'm willing to bet the only issue that has never been requested to be heard by any administration is gun rights. Why is that do you think? Why has nobody in the media ever mentioned this path forward?
