Why is the fat guy at the bottom so bad a making passenger rail? Is there a coloration between obesity and the ability to design and create rail?

Because he hates his own people. He does not trust them so he wants them to suffer even if he himself suffers just to "prove" what a hard ass he is. He hurts himself in this way but he will just blame randos since his life is so empty and fake that he finally feels alive being reactionary since he has no other deeply held beliefs and just goes with which ever way the wind blows at the second just like the MAGA dummies all do.

That map's slightly inaccurate, the dotted line in Florida is completed and runs at like 200km/h
It would be able to run faster if it didn't have to use a 100+ year old rail line and cross intersections almost every 30 seconds of travel

I'm curious, how high is the death toll for your train lines? Because down here people drop like flies.

Amtrak uses the same lines as Freight, their obligated as a national service to serve every state.
Almost every railroad, and explicitly every transcontinental railroad, in the United States was built to primarily transport freight, facilitate commerce and ease of transportation of federal enforcement assets across the country for greater geopolitical unity and interdependency.

>old place more rail more good

What was their population relative GDP at the height of the railroad era? If the burger region somehow sustains a GDP triple that of the Spanish area despite the lack of railroads, is that not an indication that passenger rail is outmoded as a measure of success?

How could you infer the difference in the GDP of a country if it had rail vs cars. Also if rail resulted in less costly transportation wouldn't rail lower GDP (assuming no difference in travel behaviour of the citizenry). If that's the case, is that a bad thing?

Amtrak’s obligated to serve every state as being apprised of Federal Tax dollars, means none of the 50 states can be denied service.
The rail-service in the United States is designed to be much more lucrative - less programs sapping money to keep separate passenger only rail-lines, meaning fares can be collectively lower and perhaps while keeping more profit. Germans subsidize their passenger rail, AND pay fare daily.

Point being if you consider the size of the Tri-state area (NY/NJ/Conneticut) it’s a pretty big landmass which is interconnected by commuter rails and subways.

What's your rail system look like ? And it's because it's systemic you retard. Racism is built into the structure of American society. That's why we have funny phrasing and rules like red lining and Jerry meandering because racism is built into the system. How can you be racist then ignorant to the racism that incorporates your life and the structures around you. Should've been nicer buck.

Rail lines for freight pay for themselves, no taxes needed as their maintenance is lucrative, passenger using freight requires less taxes for passenger only rail.
The largest rail-line outside of the North-East reaching an average of 69MPH is Florida Brightline running From Miami to Orland where Disney World is.
