Anyway Magnus has been the undisputed best for SO LONG now that he intentionally gets drunk and plays bad openings to give himself a challenge.
The top 3 or so Indian grand masters are excellent players. No need to believe they cheated. I don't think beating Magnus once or twice makes you better than him though.
Hell, I've beaten Magnus once, and I'm not even a master. It was the Magnus bot on chess.com. Might not sound like a big deal but I doubt more than a couple people here could beat it.
